If you have a 'minor emergency' with a running auction,
our walk-in clinic may be the
fastest way to get it fixed. Our clinic is staffed by experienced
volunteers who are willing to look at your auction problems and offer
free advice.
Rules:
- Listed auctions only. (running or closed) Our volunteers must be able
to 'see' the problem on the internet!
- Only submit questions pertaining to the layout and function of your
the auction such as HTML, script, images, color, style ETC.. No one here
can help with bidder disputes!
- Describe the problem completely and provide any additional
information required. If you are trying to achieve a particular style
or add a gadget, provide any links you followed for the original design: Examples:

you installed a script and it doesn't work in your auction, include a link to the site
where you obtained the script.
- You want a certain layout. Include a link to the page that gave you the idea!
